Products may appear as part of the public archive interface before purchase activation.

As long as purchase functionality is not active, no return or refund process applies because no sales contract is formed through the storefront.

Once controlled circulation begins, customers will receive clear return and cancellation information before purchase.

For EU consumers, the statutory right of withdrawal generally allows cancellation of an online purchase within 14 days after delivery, unless a legal exception applies.
