No sales contract is formed unless purchase functionality is active, checkout is completed, and an order confirmation is issued.

All product information, pricing, availability, shipping information, and operational terms may be updated before controlled circulation begins.

Once purchase functionality is activated, the full Terms and Conditions will apply to all orders placed through the storefront.
